At Affective Health Store, we want you to feel as good as you look. If your fashion purchase isn't the perfect fit, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items with original tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Items

  Place the original, unworn items back into their packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals remain intact for a valid return.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of your request.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your new exchange item within 3 to 5 business days.
